Lessons

Lessons are on a one-to-one basis, and usually last 45 minutes. I use gentle, hands-on guidance, as well as verbal directions.

 

It’s a good idea to wear comfortable, loose clothing for the lessons.

 

The number of lessons that may be needed depends very much on the individual.

The cost per lesson is £40. There are concessions available.
